Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, this does not include holidays or weekends. During this time processing of orders, inquiries, and shipping out orders will take place.

It takes up to 1 to 3 business days for all orders to be fully processed, does not include holidays or weekends. Standard shipping is between 5-7 business days excluding weekends. International shipping takes up to 7-14 business days, excluding weekends.
